Hi everyone! I’m Craig and I am a middle school Spanish teacher. I am on a mission to take my hard-working students on a life-changing educational journey to Costa Rica in the spring of 2028.

Why This Trip Matters

For many of our students, this will be their first time traveling outside of the country. This isn't just a vacation; it is a hands-on educational experience where students will be introduced to:

Biodiversity Immersion: Witnessing incredible wildlife, exploring cloud forests, and understanding vital conservation efforts firsthand.

Language & Culture: Daily opportunities to practice Spanish, engage with local communities, and gain a deeper appreciation for different ways of life.

Personal Growth: Building confidence, independence, and problem-solving skills as they navigate a new environment.

Global Citizenship: Expanding their understanding of global issues and their role as future leaders.

Build Leadership: Navigate new environments and develop the resilience and independence needed for college and beyond.

How You Can Help

Our goal is to ensure that financial need is not a barrier to participation. The cost per student is $3,357, which covers airfare, lodging, meals, and educational tours.

We are seeking to raise $10,000 to provide scholarships for students who would otherwise be unable to attend. Whether you can give $25, $100, or $500, every dollar goes directly toward a student’s travel fund.
