Support My Miss Watch Pups Campaign & Help Empower GPA Students!
Hello everyone!
My name is Natalie Johnson and I’m honored to be participating as a contestant in Miss Watch Pups, representing the Watch Pups chapter of Watch D.O.G.S. at Guilford Preparatory Academy (GPA) in Greensboro, NC. This program brings fathers, father figures, and positive male role models into our school to support students, build community, and strengthen family engagement.
This year, I’m raising funds that will support two meaningful causes:
1. An 8th-Grade Scholarship
A portion of the funds will go toward a scholarship for a graduating 8th grader at GPA. This scholarship will help a deserving student step into high school with encouragement, confidence, and support for essential school needs.
2. The Watch Pups Program at GPA
The remaining funds directly support Watch Pups, our school’s chapter of the national WATCH D.O.G.S.® (Dads of Great Students) program. These contributions help strengthen their work in creating a safe, positive, and involved school community. This means more engagement opportunities, volunteer resources, and programs that benefit every student at GPA.
Why I Need Your Support
Your donation doesn’t go toward pageant or competition fees — every dollar raised supports GPA students through the scholarship and the Watch Pups program.
Your support also helps my journey in Miss Watch Pups by raising the funds tied to the competition’s community-impact component. The more support I receive, the better chance I have of winning the title — which allows me to continue advocating for our students and this amazing program.
How You Can Help
Every contribution, big or small, makes a real difference. By donating, you are:
Supporting student success
Strengthening school community involvement
Helping a future high schooler start strong
Empowering my Miss Watch Pups campaign so I can shine a spotlight on positive programs like Watch Pups
Thank You
Thank you so much for your kindness, generosity, and belief in the power of community. With your help, we can uplift GPA students and celebrate the importance of involved families in education.
With gratitude,
Natalie
