Synergy Hoops is an AAU basketball program that provides girls opportunities to travel and compete in basketball at a high level. Synergy Hoops was founded in Spring 2024 by Courtney King. Courtney recognized early on that there was a lack of support surrounding the woman's game. Womens basketball was not taken seriously. There was also a lack of female role models for the girls to look up to. Courtney knew that with the right people working in Synergy she could not only grow the game but also create an atmosphere of encouragement, inclusivity and empowerment.
