Imagine missing school every month simply because you don’t have access to menstrual products. This is the reality for many girls in worldwide.
This May, I am heading to Kenya with a small outreach team. We will provide menstrual health education in schools and distribute Days for Girls Kits - sustainable, reusable menstrual kits that empower girls to stay in school, gain confidence, and take control of their health.
Every $10 CAD donated provides a girl with a reusable kit that lasts up to three years - giving her the opportunity to focus on education without barriers. We hope to purchase as many kits as possible to distribute.
We are partnering with Olmalaika Trust, a Kenyan Days for Girls Social Enterprise that employs local women to make these life-changing kits. I’ve had the privilege of visiting this incredible enterprise, and what they are doing is truly amazing. I am honoured to support their work.
By supporting this initiative, you’re not just helping students - you’re also creating jobs and investing in long-term solutions for menstrual equity.
100% of donations will go directly to the Olmalaika Trust Social Enterprise to purchase the kits. We will personally distribute them to schools in rural Kenya and share photos of our journey.
Join us in making a lasting impact! Donate $10 to fund one kit today, share this campaign to spread awareness and be part of this movement for dignity, education, empowerment and sustainable menstrual health solutions for girls.
