Empower Emily's Vision for Local Organic Dining Downtown

Hey Friends, I have been inspired to finally go for my dreams. My path with food has taken me so many directions and so many times ive gotten so close to opening my own restaurant. I have lost so much faith, time, and money so many times in this process but it wasnt all for nothing. It was for the big something, i experienced so much growth and wisdom everytime i got closer to my goal and failed. Now i really feel ready to serve my community. I am fueled by my passion to continue this movement of farm to table dining connecting people with their local food sources. I am asking for help finding my footing and getting in the door. This money will be used for first months rent and deposit and other fees associated with start up costs. The first 2,500 will go to the deposit and I can get the rest in motion. I’m open to taking a small investment and giving a return as well. At the end of the day i could give you a thousand reasons why this needs to happen but I invite you to taste it, to feel the difference on your taste buds and in your body. This is the change I want to see in the world. Lets keep our money local and our food clean. Lets support agriculture that supports us. Lets create a demand for a more localized and seasonal food system. Lets eat tacos! lets eat gumbo! lets eat veggies! Lets eat local! lets do it all. I love yall. Yall know there is nothing else id rather be doing than feeding yall. One way or another I’m gonna do it.
