I am reaching out in a time of great need, after a long battle with diabetes and its complications that have escalated over the past four years. My journey has been marked by a series of relentless health challenges, including stage four kidney failure, congestive heart failure, high blood pressure, and sleep apnea, just to name a few.

The path has been tough, with dialysis starting last February and multiple catheter replacements due to my body’s adverse reactions, leading to extensive blood clots. Hospital stays became a recurring part of my life, with the longest being a grueling 21 days. During that stay, I contracted a severe bacterial infection, necessitating a prolonged antibiotic treatment.

Since January 4th, I’ve been hospitalized, fighting another bacterial infection for over 90 days. The infection has viciously attacked my spine, destroying the L3 and L4 vertebrae and the disc between them, as shown in the medical imaging.

With a critical back surgery scheduled for April 5th to insert pins and rods, I face a lengthy and challenging recovery. The financial toll of my health issues has depleted my savings, and without any income since December, I’m confronted with utility shut-offs, the threat of car repossession, and the potential loss of my home.

The goal is to raise at least $15,000 to navigate through the surgery and recovery phase. With a heart full of hope, I humbly ask for your support. Any contribution, no matter the size, will be deeply appreciated and will make a significant difference in my fight to regain health and stability.
