Empower Diana with Your Kindness and Support

To everyone who knows Diana Domitrowsky Falco, we are coming to you today to share the devastating news that she is battling cancer. She was diagnosed with Stage 1 Throat Cancer in July. Wanting to quickly get the cancer removed and get back to her students in Sept, she opted for surgery. Unfortunately, the surgery did not go as planned. The cancer metastasized and spread. It was declared stage 2, and things got worse. A new scan showed that the radiation treatments needed to be increased, and chemotherapy also needed to be longer and much stronger.

We are not sure, and no one will know what the future holds for Diana, but we do know she is facing a dreaded and frightening road ahead.

Diana's new worry is no longer: "How long will I be sick?" It is: "How can I get through this?"

Diana is not one to ask for help but anyone who knows her also knows that she has done nothing but spread love, light and positivity to those in her orbit — which is why we are stepping up and asking for help. If she ever made you laugh, guided you through a challenging time, or shown your support during a time when you desperately needed it, now is the time to return the favor. There is no better way to show your appreciation than coming together to help lift her up.

Even though life often gets in the way of getting together with old friends, this is such a boost to help me push on and know that I'm still cared about during my lowest moments.

Indeed, there is power in positivity, and seeing familiar names brings back so many wonderful memories. I wish I could say thank you to everyone individually, but I'm not on social media.
