Empower De'Shawn's Leadership Training

Hello, my name is De'Shawn. I am a college student on a mission to become a superintendent, but in the midst of that, I am a motivational speaker with a newly found 501c3! I have the wonderful opportunity to embark on a journey of self-discovery and understand the things that hold me back. I joined an emotional intelligence leadership training and am seeking your support in my process of becoming a better leader and a more authentic self for others.
