Hi, my name is Lloyd Vera, and I’m reaching out on behalf of my incredible cousin, Debbie.
A Family Touched by Cancer — Again
Our family has already seen the devastating effects of cancer. We lost Debbie’s father last year to prostate cancer after a long and heartbreaking battle. Watching him deteriorate left a lasting pain in all of us — and now, Debbie is facing her own fight with this terrible disease.
A Third Diagnosis, But Not Without Hope
Debbie was diagnosed with invasive breast cancer earlier this year. This isn’t her first battle. In fact, this marks her third breast lumpectomy surgery in the past 10 years. She is such a trooper, she has already endured so much yet continues to face each diagnosis with strength, courage, positivism, and a smile.
Sadly, this time the cancer is more aggressive, and her doctors have made it clear: a more intense treatment plan is critical to reduce the risks and protect her future.
Her oncologist has recommended radiation five days a week for 5 to 6 weeks, followed by a possible chemotherapy regimen. The physical, emotional, and financial toll of this journey is enormous.
Why Debbie Is Choosing a Different Path
Debbie feels that undergoing a bilateral mastectomy is an extreme and invasive approach. She sees it as a radical, almost barbaric solution that doesn’t address the true root of cancer. In her view, removing both breasts may reduce risk in that specific area, but it doesn’t guarantee protection — because cancer can still emerge in other organs.
This is why she believes that adding a holistic approach to her conventional treatments — one that focuses on the entire body, strengthening her immune system, and restoring her overall wellness — is a wiser path than resorting to major, disfiguring surgery driven by fear.
She believes this integrative approach is critical for her long-term prognosis, giving her body the best fighting chance. Unfortunately, these types of treatments are not covered by insurance, leaving Debbie to face enormous costs while already carrying the weight of this battle.
Where Your Donations Will Go
We are asking for your help — prayers, donations, and shares — anything that can ease this heavy burden and allow Debbie to focus on what truly matters: healing.
Every dollar raised will go directly toward:
✔️ Her out-of-pocket conventional treatment expenses
✔️ Integrative protocols and nutritional supplements
✔️ Travel and lodging as she undergoes treatment away from home
No One Should Have to Fight Alone
If you can help in any way — whether by donating, sharing this page, or simply keeping Debbie in your prayers — you’ll be giving her more than just money. You’ll be giving her peace, strength, and hope.
This journey is a big one, and we want to give it everything we've got. We believe a goal of $30,000 will allow Debbie to focus fully on her healing — without the added stress of financial strain.
Thank You
From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for being part of this journey. Your support means more than words can ever express.
Thank you for taking the time to read Debbie’s story.
"She’s fought cancer three times.
