It all started in a small one bedroom apartment. Armed with nothing but a vision, a camera, and a deep love for art and music, Airik Crawford opened his living room to local artists. The idea was simple: create an intimate space where musicians could perform their songs, shoot promotional videos, and connect with their audience in a way that felt raw and authentic. Those early sessions were brilliant. Songs were released, stories were shared, and connections were made—all in a living room that became a stage for creativity.
But what started as a personal project quickly blossomed into something much bigger. The living room became the heart of a growing community—a platform for artists by artists. Today, Live From The Living Room (LFTLR) is an ecosystem that provides musicians, visual artists, DJs, and creatives with a space to showcase their talents, connect with audiences, and grow their craft. We’ve reached artists from Nigeria, France, Uganda, and beyond, with over 500,000 views across platforms.
