About She Makes Market
She Makes Market is a weekly community vendor market based in West Sacramento, created to celebrate creativity, craftsmanship and connection.
Each Saturday, local artists, crafters and small business owners gather to share their handmade goods and stories, building a vibrant creative community that supports small business growth and local pride.
We believe everyone deserves the chance to share what they make, no matter their financial situation.
That's why we're asking for your help.
Our Goal
We're raising $5, 000 to help fund sponsored vendor booths, community programming and market operations for our 2026 season.
Your donation will directly support:
- Sponsored Vendor Booths - Free spaces for makers who may not be able to afford vendor fees.
- West Sacramento Resident Booths - Complimentary booths to support our neighbors and celebrate local talent.
- Community Workshops & Activities - Hands-on creative sessions and interactive family events.
- Market Materials - Tents, tables, signage, permits and supplies to keep the market thriving.
Every dollar helps us keep the market accessible and inspiring for all.
Our Story
She Makes Market began in partnership with He Brews Coffee & Tea House, a local favorite that shares our vision of connection and community.
What started as a small idea for local pop-ups has grown into a space where creativity flourishes, friendships form and small businesses take their first steps.
By supporting this campaign, you're not just funding an event, you're helping us build a creative ecosystem in West Sacramento where makers can thrive.
How You Can Help
- Donate - Any amount makes a difference! Even $10 helps provide supplies for a sponsored booth.
- Share - Spread the word on social media, email, or with friends who love supporting small businesses.
- Sponsor a Maker - Businesses can sponsor a vendor booth or an entire market day (contact us to learn more).
What Your Support Means
Your donation means that:
- A single mother can sell her handmade jewelry to help support her family.
- A new artist can gain the confidence to share their work publicly for the first time.
- A local crafter can connect with a loyal community of customers.
- A child can see creativity in action and dream of becoming a maker, too.
This isn't just a market - it's a movement of makers, dreamers and doers.
Thank You for Believing in Makers
Your support helps us continue creating space for creativity, community and connection right here in West Sacramento.
Together, we can empower makers and inspire community - one market at a time.
