Donation protected
Hello, my name is Cory L . Cain, and I am reaching out to my community for support as I embark on a transformative journey to become a leader in the field of educational entrepreneurship. I seeking membership into the prestigious National Fellowship for Black and Latino Leaders in Environmental Management (NFBLME), a program dedicated to nurturing leaders who are committed to advancing educational justice and sustainability. While most leadership programs focus on technical skill development, we believe that adaptive leadership is truly the make-or-break differentiator. According to Boyatzis and Mckie’s book, Resonant Leadership, Emotional Intelligence accounts for 85-90% of the difference between outstanding leaders and their average peers,

About the Fellowship:
The NFBLME is not just a fellowship; it's a movement toward creating lasting environmental change through skilled and diverse leadership. The program's innovative approach includes mentorship from seasoned professionals, advanced training in environmental policy and management, and a supportive community dedicated to nurturing leaders who look like the community they serve. More information can be found here.

Why This Matters:
As a passionate advocate for environmental justice, I believe that change starts with informed leadership that reflects the diversity of our communities. This fellowship offers me specialized training that integrates social equity into sustainable environmental management—something that is urgently needed in our increasingly vulnerable world.

My Commitment:
The cost to participate in this transformative program is $17,500. To demonstrate my commitment to my career and my community, I am personally fundraising and investing to cover a significant portion of the expenses. However, I am seeking $5,000 in sponsorship through this GoFundMe campaign to help me complete the necessary funding.

How You Can Help:
Your support is not just a contribution towards my tuition—it's an investment in a healthier, more sustainable future for our communities. Every dollar brings me closer to becoming a leader who can make impactful changes in environmental policy and management.

$50 helps cover materials for my courses and projects.
$100 supports part of the travel costs for attending key networking events.
$500 significantly contributes towards my tuition and educational fees.

Every contribution, no matter the size, makes a huge difference and is deeply appreciated.

Please consider contributing to my campaign. Together, we can foster a world where environmental management is driven by leaders who are as diverse as the communities they aim to protect.

Thank you for your support and belief in a sustainable and equitable future.
