I have really struggled with putting this out there or not... I've never asked for collective help this way, but today while I sat in church on my 58th birthday, our pastor's message felt like it was speaking directly to me. He said if you have God-given gifts, use them to their fullest potential. If you don't feel worthy of the goodness that is coming to you, change your outlook; God's with you and for you. I have always worked extremely hard to do what I do on a daily basis. I've been steadfast, dependable, consistent, and determined, and given 110%. I've run a business that is multi-faceted by myself (hair stylist, yoga teacher, and Thai Bodywork practitioner) and have been very successful doing it. But it hasn't come easy. I've worked very, very hard to get where I am.

In my rural community, I do what I can to reach out to ones in need to help them and support them if I'm able... so this time I'm asking for YOUR support.

I have been offering my healing modality of Thai Bodywork for over 5 1/2 years. I've trained under 3 amazing teachers. My 1st training, I was fortunate to have her travel from Florida... the next 2 trainings I traveled to under a highly respected teacher in Florida for one and another in Oklahoma. The last training, I traveled to Chicago to learn from a highly sought-after teacher from Thailand. NOW I have the opportunity to go learn in Thailand for 2 weeks. And my heart's desire to do this is so GREAT. The cost for the training and lodging in Thailand is $2,600 and the flight $2,000. Of course, I could pile this on a credit card, but I'd prefer not to because I'm developing business plans for the near future and have worked very hard on my credit score. Even if I can raise enough to offset a portion of this incredible experience... that would be an answered prayer. My husband has been so kind and supportive to agree for me being gone from home for 2 weeks without him, and my gut tells me to at least attempt to go for it. I would be SO incredibly grateful to any of you to support this dream of a lifetime I have so I can bring back my new knowledge to my clients who enjoy all of the incredible benefits of Thai Bodywork.
