Empower Communities with ResQ13's Life-Saving Training

ResQ13, LLC was founded in 2024 following my personal experience with a CPR course. I was deeply impacted by the realization that many individuals lack the knowledge to perform even basic life-saving techniques. This inspired me to take action. I became a certified CPR, First Aid, and AED Instructor through the American Red Cross, and shortly thereafter, I established ResQ13, LLC to deliver life-saving education and skills training within local communities.

ResQ13, LLC offers certified instruction in CPR, First Aid, and AED use for both adults and infants. Our curriculum also includes hands-on training in applying tourniquets, packing wounds, and properly wrapping bandages—critical skills that help students provide effective emergency aid until professional medical services arrive.

ResQ13 is a grassroots organization committed to making life-saving education accessible to everyone. We bring our training directly into underserved communities and schools with the goal of certifying at least 500 individuals per month. Our inclusive approach is central to our mission: we operate under a strict non-discrimination policy and uphold the belief that every person—regardless of race, gender, sex, or sexual orientation—deserves access to vital emergency preparedness education.

Our greatest challenge is a lack of training equipment needed to accommodate large groups. We are currently in need of more adult and infant CPR mannequins, airway masks, valves, and rubber mats for kneeling. Revenue generated from our classes has allowed us to purchase a limited amount of gear, and we have organized fundraisers and applied for additional grants. However, in order to scale our impact and meet community demand, we require further investment. These donations would significantly enhance our capacity to train more individuals and expand our outreach.
