Empower Christopher's Faith Journey

Hello. My name is Christopher Dominguez. I am 21 years old, and I'm currently an undergraduate student at UTRGV pursuing a degree in Criminal Justice. In my free time, I enjoy volunteering at Sacred Heart Youth Ministry.

Growing up, I didn't know who God was because of the family situation I was in, but when my mother adopted me, she introduced me who God was. For the longest time, I craved for a father figure because I didn't have one growing up, but thanks to my adoptive mother and my family at the youth ministry, they have pushed me to have a better relationship with God. Through Him, I now realize I don't need an earthly father figure. I have God, who is the best father I could ever ask for.

Going to this pilgrimage, I hope to encounter God in a new way I have never experienced, and I hope to bring all this wisdom and spirituality back to my family, friends, and students. Thank you Sacred Heart for being there for me and supporting me in this faith journey.
