My name is Mausam Rai, and I am organizing this fundraiser on behalf of my friend Mahendra Sunar and his father, Mr. Bine Sunar.
Bine has been diagnosed with metastatic gallbladder cancer, an advanced and very painful form of cancer that has spread from his gallbladder to other parts of his body, including his liver, lungs, and bones.
Just five months ago, life was normal for their family. It began with what seemed like mild discomfort, but it quickly turned into severe pain, repeated hospital visits, and numerous tests. Doctors then delivered the devastating news: late-stage cancer.
Their Struggle So Far
Since the diagnosis, Mahendra and his family have done everything in their power to keep his father stable and hopeful. They have already spent about INR 1,400,000 (approx $15,800) on:
Hospital admissions and emergency care
Chemotherapy sessions
Medicines and tests
However, the fight is far from over. Doctors have recommended continuous treatment, including advanced targeted therapy and specialised medications, which are extremely costly.
The estimated cost for the next phase of treatment is around 22,600$
Why They Need Your Help?
Mahendra’s family has:

Taken loans just to keep the treatment going
Now, they’ve reached a point where they cannot manage the expenses alone anymore.
Despite the pain, Bine is fighting bravely every single day. He wants to live, to spend more time with his family, and to see his children stand on their own feet. Mahendra is doing everything he can as a son, but he needs support.
