My name is Ashley! I am the owner of Cherry Blossom Cleaning, LLC. It is a small residential cleaning company in the city of O’Fallon, IL. I have been in business for 7+ years and plan to keep adding on to those years. The company’s focus is to help families and individuals create peace and order within their home through cleaning. I want to change people’s perspective on the idea of cleaning. It doesn’t have to be hard or boring. Cleaning can be rewarding and creative. I currently have a team of 4 and want to expand. The plan is to offer more benefits for their hard work and invest in their career going forward.
As a business owner, I have been developing my own habits to ensure my business thrives and sharpening my skills through resources such as books, which has led me to GoFundMe in search of community support. My goal is small but it will be used to invest in equipment, automated systems, and marketing tools which in return will lead to benefit packages, raises, and hiring team members to scale the business.
