Empower Ari's Freedom with a Mobility Scooter

Hi, my name is Ari. I am a 39 nonbinary person from Old Fort, North Carolina.

I will keep this short. I suffer from debilitating chronic pain and this makes mobility a challenge for me. Three years ago my PCP put me in a wheelchair and gave me a disabled placquard for my car.

This is not enough. My wheelchair is not easy to propel myself, and my husband is also disabled - he can not reliably get me from point a to point b.

I am in need of a mobility scooter. Specifically, I would like to get a Pride Revo 2 4 Wheel scooter. This piece of equipment is not covered by my insurance and costs a total of $2,174.99 + fees and taxes when brand new.

HOWEVER: I have found a "lightly used" model of this scooter for $500. I simply need to raise the money so I can purchase it.

Accounting for GFM's extra charges, I am asking for a total of $575 to make sure I have enough to get this vital piece of equipment t that I need

Getting this scooter would give me a part of my life back that has been gone for years: the freedom to come-and-go as I please, to enjoy nature and the outdoors in the beautiful area I live, and so much more.
