"Empowering Antoinette and Her Angels: A Single Mom's Journey"

My name is Antoinette, and I have the joy of raising my three amazingly gifted and beautiful children. Each has unique needs. My world revolves around providing the best possible care for them, however, it is getting increasingly tough since I have done a total thyroidectomy surgery and received my lupus diagnosis, which has now led to fluid retention in my lungs. Despite my strength and resilience, this unexpected news has shaken my world. 

As I embark on this challenging journey, I would truly appreciate your support in bringing hope, relief, and empowerment to our little family. 

 

Let me introduce my children: 

Ricavia (17) – (Aspiring artist and writer) Diagnosed with autism, ADHD, and severe depression. 

Nethaneel (10) – (Creative with his hands, especially with play dough and highly fascinated with creating images and videos) Diagnosed with autism, intellectual disability, and ADHD. 

Theodore (5) – (Imaginative, creative, and enjoys singing) Diagnosed with autism and global developmental delay. 

Each child needs consistent therapy, doctor visits, medication, and specialized educational resources to thrive. With the rising costs of healthcare and therapy in Jamaica, while raising three special needs children is astronomical, I have had to sacrifice my career goals to care for them full-time. Though I give my all to them daily, the financial strain is unsustainable.
