Hi! We are youth led non profit called the The LeadHER project! Where we aim to provide resources, skills, and support in business and finance fields, focusing on young women minority communities, while also encouraging higher education in women around the world! This past August, we launched our 8-month long awareness campaign that is tied into our Project Management event through DECA.

Our mission at The LeadHER Project is to empower underprivileged women and minorities with the skills, resources, and networks they need to thrive in the business and finance world. We aim to bring awareness to the gender gaps and social gaps seen globally in these fields and lead change to bridge these gaps that exist on local, national, and global levels. Through education, donation, mentorship, and partnerships, we hope to build confidence, foster vital skills, and open doors to opportunities that will help us empower the future leaders of tomorrow.
