Empower Afghan Children with Education
Donation protected
Empowering Afghanistan's Underserved Children Founded by Maryam Amarkhil with the assistance of Chris Howell, the Kegdai Mobile School provides education to nomadic and underserved children in Afghanistan.
Registered with the Ministry of Education (#3771), the school relies on independent donations to operate. With generous support from Irving for the 2023-2024 period, Kegdai has expanded to nine branches across Afghanistan, serving provinces such as Laghman, Nangarhar, Nuristan, Ghazni, Maidan Wardak, Bamyan, Khost, and Zabul. By 2025, the school aims to educate 1,200 students, employing 32 teachers and 6 staff members, with a budget of $75,742.
For just $63.11 per student annually, Kegdai provides free educational services, including school supplies. Your donation will help the school expand its reach and offer educational opportunities to marginalized children who lack access to proper schooling.
Please consider supporting the Kegdai Mobile School today and help change the lives of Afghanistan’s most vulnerable children.
