Nepal Flood Relief Appeal 2026
We are Empower Ability Pathways, an Australian NDIS registered provider based in Sydney, NSW.
Every day, our work is about supporting people with dignity, care and respect. We help people feel safe, included and supported during difficult times. Because helping people is at the heart of what we do, we wanted to extend that same care to families affected by the floods in Nepal.
The flooding has left many people without basic things we often take for granted — food, clean drinking water, dry clothes, blankets and a safe place to stay.
We do not have a personal or family relationship with the people affected by the floods. We are organising this fundraiser as a humanitarian community initiative because we believe that when people are facing hardship, we should help where we can.
Our goal is to raise up to $14,999 AUD.
The funds raised will be used specifically to support flood-affected families in Nepal with essential items such as:
- Food and basic groceries
- Clean drinking water
- Blankets and clothing
- Hygiene and sanitation supplies
- Emergency shelter and basic household items
- Other urgent necessities directly related to the flood
Empower Ability Pathways will be responsible for managing the funds raised. We intend to work with verified local contacts, community representatives or organisations in Nepal to help distribute the assistance to people affected by the flooding.
We will keep records of the money received and how it is used, and we will share updates where possible so donors can see how their support is helping.
Every donation, no matter how small, can make a difference.
What may seem like a small contribution to us could help provide a meal, clean water, clothing or a warm blanket to someone who has lost so much.
