The portrait of a starving artist. Abby attended the Maine Institute of Art. She has before and since been a studio potter, most often painting houses to pay the bills instead of using her artistic talents to their full potential. She's overcome many obstacles from her alcohol dependence to gain sobriety and is now faced with a new and more socially acceptable struggle with breast cancer, since her liver failed in October of 2023. She is inspired by her encouragement at her new home and studio at Chipmunk Falls, amongst nature and her family and close artistic friends.
