THIS IS MORE THAN A PERSONAL STORY. THIS IS A FIGHT AGAINST A BROKEN SYSTEM. THIS IS THE BIRTH OF A MOVEMENT. AND I NEED YOU TO HELP ME CARRY IT FORWARD.
RAPED. SILENCED. FRAMED. BUT NOT DEFEATED.
In September of 2019, while working as a personal assistant to a Hollywood movie producer, I was raped after a dinner and business meeting. That horrific night didn’t end with trauma it was only the beginning of a much deeper nightmare that would reveal layers of corruption, systemic injustice, and targeted suppression.
What I uncovered following my assault shocked even those who had seen it all: powerful individuals in East Hampton, New York, were involved in a tightly woven conspiracy spanning from local police officers and detectives to prosecutors, judges, private investigators, political influencers, and even members of the press. I was silenced, shamed, and criminalized to ensure I would never tell my story.
But I refused to disappear.

WHO I AM? A VOICE THEY COULDN’T DESTROY
My name is Eliza Sterling. I am a filmmaker, an artist, a survivor, and a relentless advocate for justice. Raised in the foster care system, I have faced unimaginable obstacles since childhood. But with each hardship, I rose. Through grit, vision, and unwavering purpose, I transformed my pain into art and became an award-winning director.
My short film, born out of my own story, has now won 19 international film festival awards, including Best Student Film and Best Women’s Film. It became more than a film it became my truth, my protest, and my proof that I will not be erased.
WHY I NEED YOUR SUPPORT RIGHT NOW
The time has come to take this fight to the next level. I am launching a docu-series and justice movement that will uncover the deeply rooted corruption that has stolen years of my life. This work will not only expose the truth about my story, but will also shine a light for countless other survivors who have been silenced, threatened, and broken by a system designed to protect power not people.
I am asking for your financial support to bring this mission to life. Your donations will help me:
- Build a production team and launch a powerful docu-series that brings these injustices to the forefront and gives voice to the voiceless
- Hire a competent legal team to challenge my wrongful felony DUI conviction a malicious attempt to discredit and control me after I came forward with my rape case
- Participate in the WOMEN IN POWER documentary series, which will allow my story to reach global audiences through streaming platforms, media partners, and press
- Develop a movement that empowers survivors, educates communities, and holds institutions accountable
- Create lasting change by building a media platform that investigates and confronts injustice with bravery and truth
MY FELONY CONVICTION WAS NOT JUSTICE. IT WAS RETALIATION.
In October 2020, I was falsely arrested and wrongfully convicted of a felony DUI. I was threatened with jail time, denied a trial, and coerced into a plea deal under the authority of Judge Braslow in Suffolk County Criminal Court. The evidence was riddled with lies: from claims I was driving a completely different car to paperwork listing three different vehicles, including an incorrect VIN number.
This wasn’t a coincidence it was punishment. A warning. A blatant abuse of the justice system to shut me down.
Since then, I’ve been under felony probation, stripped of my right to travel, denied work opportunities, and robbed of any chance to rebuild my life. I’ve studied law. I’ve kept fighting in silence. And now, I am ready to tell the full story.

I am ready to take my story to the world. And I need your help to do it.
