Empower a Student's Pastry Chef Journey Abroad

Hello everyone!! I’m excited to announce that I will be interning over in Florence, Italy for my last year in college!! My baking and pastry skills are being tested and put to work once I touch base on Italian soil. During my 5 month stay here I will be learning some French /Italian pastry craft and traveling within the country to get a feel of authentic farm to table production to better help the world in environmental eating habits.
