I’ve been called to Miami, FL to spread the gospel of Jesus Christ and pursue a degree in ministry. Normally, I would never ask this of anyone, but because of the urgency and importance of spreading the message of Christ, God has called me to move quickly; leaving little time for preparation. You may ask, “Why Miami?” I believe God is stirring something powerful there; an awakening of Christ’s presence and He needs bold voices willing to step out in faith. I’m answering that call, even though it means leaving behind my friends, family, and church community here in Wichita. This move is not easy emotionally, but I know it is necessary. I will be getting a job once I arrive in Miami, but I would like to leave with a cushion to cover my first 3 months of rent and food expenses. I’ve sold my truck and broke even, donated nearly all of my possessions, and will be leaving with only a suitcase of clothes. My schooling will be fully provided for, and I’ll gladly rely on biking and walking for transportation, but food and shelter are essential in these first few months of transition. If you or anyone you know is able to help, I would be deeply grateful. I vow to pour back into the community tenfold what has been given to me. Anything helps, and every seed sown will be used for the Kingdom of God. Thank you for believing in this mission and partnering with me in faith.
