Employees Relief Fund Il Primo Cambridge Square

These are very trying times for our restaurant employees that depend on this community as well as us.  Together we have created an environment where they all feel they have become part of a bigger family, yours and ours.  We have made the tough and correct decision to adhere to the guidelines set forth by Hamilton and surrounding counties for  Bars and Restaurants concerning the COVID-19 Pandemic.  We have closed our doors to the public for dine-in and are doing everything in our power to create a plan to help get us and them through this.  As of now we have begun providing Curbside ToGo so that you can continue to enjoy the food you have come to love.  This is creating a rotating opportunity for the employees to hopefully have some kind of funds coming in.  Our goal is to become extremely successful at this so we can provide as many opportunities possible for our employees daily.  This is one way to help bring in money for them and their families.  So far the support you have given us has been amazing.  Some of you have reached out to us to see what else you could do to help our employees.  I have decided to set up this fund based on your loving and kind gestures.  I have no idea where this will lead but I couldn't imagine reopening our doors to you again (hopefully very soon) without this amazing staff.  I know many of you and I have had the conversation about how in my 40 years in the Restaurant Industry that I have never had a staff like the one I have today.  I love them with all my heart and consider them all to be family.  Anything you can do to help keep us together would be appreciated.  Thank you for making us feel so welcome in Ooltewah and the surrounding areas.  Cambridge Square has become our second home.
