My name is Jason Ross, and I am the Co-Owner of Fort Myers Marine. In the last 24 hours, our employees have endured one of the largest and most powerful Hurricanes to ever hit the US. The best news is that every single employee and their family members have been accounted for; although rattled, they are ultimately safe.
Biggest Employee Impacts:
- Emotional Toll
- Property Damage to homes & vehicles
- Flooding of homes
- Displacement of families during repairs
While the safety of our employees is our #1 concern, it does not negate the fact that many of them are facing financial stress on top of emotional stress. Anyone who's ever endured a widespread disaster event knows how slow insurance can be and how out-of-pocket expenses can mount quickly. Our goal is to bless the socks off our parts and service department and admin staff with a generous monetary gift that will enable them to get back on their feet faster by buying much-needed supplies and helping them jumpstart rebuilding.
