Dear Friends,

My name is Ania - I live in Toronto however I spent most of my childhood in Poland, where currently most of my family resides. Being far away and wanting to help I can’t rest - I need to do something to help someone live one day longer - one day that may bring them refugee or the slightest relief, to beat hunger, give warmth, strength to fight for their lives…

My mom, Monika and her team of amazing coworkers have been dedicated night and day to acting directly in response to the horrifying consequences of war in Ukraine. They have been assigned an account under the Empathy Institute Foundation in Poland. They are located in Warsaw, Poland where they have been using any resources and connections they have to get necessary medical/wellness/food/baby supplies directly to hospitals/communities in Lviv and Odessa - as I write this the expansion of where these goods are needed grows. (Included below are photos of their work towards this cause).

They have been organizing 2-3 shipments a week to then border and across where they get delivered within 6-12 hours to their destination upon which they get distributed throughout their inner channels.

Very specific lists are updated on a regular basis to ensure refugees and civilians get whatever goods are needed most - these conditions changes in minutes and the situation is escalating at staggering pace.

I decided to create this GoFundMe as logistically this is the most efficient way to support and every dollar will go towards all relief funds to purchase new items. Luckily in Poland many chain suppliers have placed sale prices as Poland remains a strong contributor in welcoming refugees from Ukraine.

I know many of you have been donating through different funds and bless you for that ❤️ We are in this together and I could write much more but we are all witnessing this every day. Pray for Ukraine ❤️
