Hello all! My name is Reyna and I'm the owner of PocketsFullaNada LLC. After being laid off in October of 2025, I started making empanadas from scratch and selling them from a small stand in front of my home. I love cooking but this was just to help me be able to bring income to my family. PocketsFullaNada took on a life of it's own. While empanadas are my specialty, now I'm also serving chicken rice bowls,platters and offer catering. I've been able to serve my neighbors and community including the local baseball team, and have had the pleasure to cater a few local events. I try and save a lot of what I make to go back into my business but I have a family to support and I'm only able to do so much. I'm building to have everything done the right way but the money needed for permits, a commissary kitchen and a food truck is just more than I can do alone. Your donations will help me get into my food truck, which then allows me to serve the community at a greater capacity.
