Emotional support dog for complex needs
Hi, my name is Gareth.
I am raising money to insure and train an emotional support dog which will spend some of its time in a specialist school setting for young pupils with emotional, behavioural and learning difficulties in a new alternative provision unit in Northants, within the grounds of a mainstream school.
The unit's clientele ranges from pupils demonstrating extreme anxiety, to adhd, autism and other specific learning difficulties.
The therapeutic value of a support animal is incredible and will significantly increase outcomes for those learners but I need your help to raise funds to insure and train a healthy and vital four legged friend.
Anyone who donates more than £20 will automatically be entered into a draw to name the support dog, who will be an incredible addition to the lives of the children it will boost.
