Diagnosed with lymphoma this spring, Emmy is currently undergoing an aggressive chemotherapy treatment plan. This includes multiple weeks of hospital inpatient stays two hours away, as well as chemo bay visits closer to home.
 
Emmy and her husband Eric have two young children, and are geographically isolated from their families. All funds raised will be used for added expenses accrued during Emmy's lengthy treatment and to enable family members to travel to care for Emmy, Eric and the children.
