Emm’s 30th Birthday Dog Rescue Fundraiser
0% complete
£230 raised of £500
10 donations
I’m turning 30, and rather than asking for presents or having people spend their money buying me birthday drinks, I wanted to use my birthday to do something that genuinely means a lot to me.
I’d love to raise money for local dog rescues/charities. ❤️
Dogs have always been a huge part of my life, and that love is what inspired me to start At Home With Emm, my small, licensed home-from-home dog boarding business. I’m incredibly lucky to spend my days surrounded by dogs, welcoming them into my home and giving them the same love and care I’d want for my own.
But I also know that not every dog is lucky enough to have a safe home, a family to love them, or someone fighting their corner. So for my 30th, I’d love to turn some birthday spending into something that can make a difference.
Instead of buying me a drink, buy a dog one.
Whether it’s £5, £10, £20 or simply sharing this fundraiser, every donation can help provide food, veterinary care, rehabilitation and a second chance for a dog who needs it.
And I’d love your recommendations too!
If there’s a local rescue or charity close to your heart, please comment and tell me about them. I’m more than happy to split the donations between multiple organisations, and I’d genuinely love the opportunity to discover and support rescues I may not know about.
It would mean so much to me to look back on my 30th knowing that, alongside celebrating with the people I love, we helped make life a little better for some dogs who really needed it.
Thank you for being part of it.
