I'm Emmie and I'm competing in the Miss NH USA 2014 pageant this January 18-19th. This is the final year that I'll be eligible to compete, so I'm here to raise enough money to cover the cost of the entrance fee and other expenses related to the pageant.
About Me
I was born and raised in NH, and moved back to the state from the DC area earlier this year to continue my consulting business and accept a part-time position in the National Guard (if you'd like to know here more about my career goals, click here). Why Miss NH USA?
I'm competing in the pageant because I want to represent the Live Free or Die state on a national stage at the Miss USA pageant. The woman crowned Miss NH USA serves as a role model and supports the community through charitable work and fundraising efforts. I view the position as an opportunity for me to encourage others, especially women, to be entrepreneurial and philanthropic. It would be an honor to be put in such a position of influence, one that I wouldn't take lightly.
Rewards
In exchange for your support, I will use my skills (public relations, marketing, or t-shirt making!) to benefit you. While I'm offering rewards for higher levels, I appreciate any donation, regardless of how small.
Business Sponsorship
If you have a business, I can get you advertising space in the official pageant booklet that's distributed to hundreds of audience members. I can even create the ad for you! A half-page ad is $250, and a full-page ad is $500. Message me, and I can give you more information about it. Your contribution is tax-deductible.
Breakdown of Costs
The entrance fee for the pageant (which covers the food, lodging, and prizes for the weekend) is $1195. Thanks to two generous business sponsors (Yianni's Pizza and Jonathan's Jewelers, both in Bedford), my fee is now $950.

Gown Cost: ~ $600
Swim Suit Cost: ~ $200
Interview Suit Cost: ~ $250
Accessories: ~ $200
Misc. ~ $300

make-up, hair services, etc.)
