Brandon and Heather Allen could use your support with little Emmie Allen.

Emmie was born January 23rd at 1:45 p.m. Shortly after birth, it was clear there were serious complications. She was taken to the NICU at Wesley Medical Center then quickly air-lifted to Children's Mercy Hospital in Kansas City. There, doctors discovered that her heart was not functioning properly and she was given surgery to correct a pressure imbalance. 

Emmie is still in critical condition and on the highest form of life-saving treatment known as ECMO. While she is stable, doctors still do not know the underlying cause to her serious condition. 

Emmie's life-threatening medical needs have come as a complete surprise. Brandon and Heather are expecting a long road to recovery and any support you can offer at this time would be greatly appreciated.
