Emmett Urbanski

Emmett is 14 days old and has coarctation of the aorta that needs to be repaired. Emmett hit a rough patch last night (8/31) and his numbers started declining. They've done an echo, ultra sound of his bowels, chest and belly x ray. Emmett is scheduled for open heart surgery Tuesday (9/5) in plans of saving his life. The Urbanski’s and Sprague’s are all family and need our help in this time of need to assist with medical bills and meals, along with costs we cannot predict.

In my personal experience, John and Donna Sprague have always been the first people to lend a helping hand and deserve our help for their family and grandson.
