Hi everyone!
For those of you who may not know, I am junior at Temple University majoring in art direction for advertising. I transferred from Bloomsburg in the Fall of 2015 and found that some credits didn’t transfer over. So, I am going to be what some may call a “super-senior.” I can handle that considering I changed my major last spring to pursue a more creative career and I have a little bit more to learn before I am catapulted into the big world. But, to graduate on time I will need to be taking a summer course to fulfill my internship requirement. Unfortunately, the only way this course can be covered is if I have financial aid left over from this school year which I do not.
In January, I received an internship offer at a digital branding agency called L7 Creative located in Carlsbad, California. I could not have been more excited and proud. My hard work finally felt accounted for. I would love to be able to experience this opportunity to pursue not only a requirement but to prove to myself and others what I am capable of. I can assure you that I am very passionate about my work (amongst other things). I put a lot of love and positivity into any given task and plan to do so with this amazing opportunity.
I hope to reach this goal by the end of May. Although it is difficult to ask for help, I will more than appreciate the support I can receive and ensure to pay it forward in any way that I can. One thing I am good at (for the most part) is making people laugh. If you need a good laugh, give this girl a call. I am good at finding silver linings in difficult situations.
Other things I can do for you:
· Clean (Dirty Jobs status, I do not get grossed out too easily)
· Keep your animals alive when you are away
· Drive you somewhere & let you touch my radio
· Listen to your problems
· Figure out the meaning of life
· Make you go out on the weekends if you can’t convince yourself
· Pretend to be you and attend family events
The list could go on and on, but I think you get the idea. I will do anything for you to express my gratitude.
