Help Emma get the treatment she needs

My name is Brooke and I'm making this GoFundMe to support my housemate Emma and her family through this rough time.

"Emma is my little loving sister and my world, she turned 24 years old on the 30th of March. She moved to the Gold Coast in January of this year to pursue her dream of studying Social Media and Marketing. To know Emma is to love her, she brightens everyone's lives with her smile and laugh.

Emma was hospitalized in the ICU of the Gold Coast University Hospital on Saturday night, she was found unconscious in her room after two days of having seizures. Doctors found a tumour on the left frontal part of her brain requiring urgent surgery and treatment.

My parents are travelling from Uruguay to be with Emma and I. I am currently staying in an apartment in Southport to be near Emma’s hospital. The neurosurgery team of the Gold Coast University Hospital is planning Emma’s surgery this Friday and further treatment. "

I want to help Emmas and her family focus on caring for Emma and her upcoming surgery and treatments and not on the costs of their Airbnb, Hospital treatments and costs, Flights, and much more.
