Hey y’all! I know you’ve been there for us so much, and yet here we are again exactly 5 years to the date of Kaylie’s cancer diagnosis back at Valley Children's with our Emma Mae! She is battling Guillain-Barré Syndrome (GBS). The beginning of this month she started having lots of pain in her legs and within a week she started having trouble walking. After many visits to her pediatrician and several ER visits, we knew we needed more answers because she could not walk! Brandon and I took her to Valley Children's for the second time and demanded further testing! After many tests, pokes, and scans, the test came back showing GBS!

GBS causes paralysis in the body after a severe virus because the immune system goes a little crazy and begins attacking the nerves! This causes Emma extreme amounts of pain and weakness throughout her body. She needs assistance currently with every task! As you all know, we are fighters and Emma is becoming a GBS warrior!

We are asking for help with transportation costs as VCH is quite the drive, and any incidentals that may happen with the beds, braces, and supplies for Emma! We love and appreciate every single one of you! And if you can, more than anything, please pray for our Emma Mae!
