Emma’s Dance World Cup Prague, 2024 Fundraiser

Hello!

My name is Tania Batista and I am the very proud mother of 17 year old Emma Batista, a very passionate and committed competitive dancer who has been dancing competitively since the very early age of 4.

Emma has been selected by World Performers Canada to represent Canada at the Dance World Cup (Europe) in Prague, Czech Republic in June/July of 2024!!

It’s has been a life long dream of Emma’s to not only represent her county but to also be able to do so on an international stage. World Performers Canada has blessed Emma with this opportunity, and she is very grateful.

Emma will be part of the junior Canadian Dance Team performing in the disciplines of Contemporary, Jazz and Ballet.

This opportunity unfortunately comes with a big financial cost. Emma would be responsible to cover all costs associated with it. Choreography, costume, entry fees, travel, accommodations etc.

We will do our very best as a family to allow Emma to participate however we were hoping that we could count on the help of our family, friends and community in making this dream a reality and a little easier financially!

The Dance World Cup is the dance version of the Olympics. It is one of the largest dance events in the world. The second largest outside of the actual Olympics! This is a once in a lifetime opportunity for Emma and an amazing cultural experience. All funds raised will be allotted to the many expenses associated as mentioned above. Any amount contributed as well as support would mean the world to us!
