Emma’s Bladder surgery
Donation protected
I am planning on doing the surgery asap because I don't want to risk anything. However, the fundraiser will help me pay off the credit card I will be using for her medical fees.
Hello! I’m Angelique and the one in the photo is Emma. Emma has been in my family ever since she was a puppy. Recently, I discovered blood in her urine whenever she went out and decided to have it checked out at the vet clinic. The vet discovered through x-rays and ultrasound that there is an obstruction in her bladder causing her to bleed.
The doctor prescribed us antibiotics since the BRAF test stated it was not cancer. Unfortunately, there was no change to the obstruction and surgery is something that needs to be done.
I do not have pet insurance and is taking on most of the finances for Emma. In the past, I had to give up my dogs because I was not able to afford the care. I don’t want to repeat the cycle again and asking for any donation if possible.
Emma’s first check up with x-ray, Braf test, and antibiotics totaled to $1,300. The next time we go there is for the surgery, anesthesia, and biopsy on the matter to see if it is cancerous. This would be about $3,300.
I am requesting $5,000 to help cover all her medical fees since we will need to pay for the painkillers later too. Any amount will help and I appreciate it a lot! Please share around if you cannot donate because that helps a lot too. Thank you so much!
