On Emma's 13th Birthday she was rushed to St.Joseph Hospital in Bellingham Washington with severe leg pain and was having difficulties walking.
Upon inspection, the Dr.s located a tumor in her low back and she was quickly rushed by ambulance to Children's Hospital in Seattle, Wa.
The biopsy of the tumor came back as Ewings Sarcoma. Emma will undergo 30 weeks of intensive chemo and radiation treatments to try and battle this tumor.
In the meantime, this leaves the family without 2 incomes and a mountain of bills. Most medical will be covered for Emma but that will not cover the gas money, groceries, and household expenses for 2 homes.
