Hi, my name is Maria Alvarado-Rogers and I am fundraising for my brother Emmanuel Alvarado.

Emmanuel (32) husband to Bianca and father to Yaretzi 4 and Emmanuel Jr 8, youngest son to Irma and Antonio Alvarado passed away on Wednesday August 25, 2021 at Yuma Regional Hospital from Covid.

Emmanuel fought for his life for over a week before succumbing to the disease. Emmanuel was a kind and loving person who brighten the lives of many.

Emmanuel met many people throughout his life from working at Crossroads Cafe and Buffalo Wild Wings. The people who met him felt drawn to his charming personality and natural confidence. He loved with all his heart. He will be greatly missed by coworkers, friends and family.

Emmanuel always put family first. He was so proud of his children. His children were the pride of his life. He never failed to show his children, wife or family the love he felt for them. He was always willing to help others in their time of need.

Emmanuel fought for his life in the ICU while being 100% on the ventilador. He struggled to maintain stable, his blood pressure ran low, blood sugar was high and placed on insulin. He was fighting covid pneumonia and pneumonia, he had kidney failure and liver failure and internal bleedling. He started having bladder and bowel problems which lead doctor's to start dialysis. He seemed to be making a little progress but it wasn't much, but to the family it meant a lot. Although, he was given a 99% chance of not making it, he fought hard to hang in there and family and friends didn't give up hope and fought with him until his body couldn't anymore.

The family is asking for any donations for services and expenses incurred during this difficult time! We thank you all of prayers and support, we appreciate it greatly as this has been one of the most difficult moments of our lives!
