I am writing today to ask for your help. A family member from Florida was in a terrible motor scooter accident yesterday while visiting us.
Emmanuel is 15 years old, and sustained severe head injuries and was life flighted from Murray, KY to Nashville, TN. He underwent emergency surgery to remove hematomas, and relieve pressure on right side of his brain. He currently has a long road ahead of him and so many uncertainties with his recovery.
His Mom and Sister flew in from Florida yesterday to be with him. He will be in Vanderbilt Children's hospital for an undetermined amount of time. They hope in time to be able to transfer him back to Florida once he has become stable for further inpatient therapy.
Eman (Emmanuel) is the most loving caring young man. If you can help in any way with expenses it would be greatly appreciated. His family hopes to be able to get into the Ronald McDonald house.
