On March 9th 2017 Emma was diagnosed with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia (ALL).  She went into surgey to install a chest port and started treatment the very next day!  On 3/24 the doctors found an anomaly called the Philidelphia Chromosome (Ph).  Emma will now need a more aggressive treatment plan that will require her to have long stints in the hospital for a 9 month period.  The prognosis is still good for her recovery but it will definatley be hard on her, her brother, Mom and Dad:-((   The family will have out of pocket expenses from Kaiser and time missed from work to care for Emma.  Please do not feel like you have to give!!  We are only posting because people have asked us to:-)  There will be more information to come and a wish list from emma if you feel like helping her out in other ways:-))  Thank you to everyone for your amazing support and help thus far through this terrifying process!
