Emmalen's Health Journey

Hello Friends and Family! Here is a little insight into the Stockton family's recent journey and some details about what they are currently facing. Please read and help this wonderful family in any way that you can!
"In 2018 we moved to Egypt so that Amanda could teach at the American International School in Cairo. After the teaching contract ended we chose to extend our time here because of the amazing experiences we were having as a family. Then, our sweet Emmalen came along, and we couldn't love her more!
In the last few weeks we noticed something strange about Emmalen's leg. We saw doctor, after doctor, after doctor and finally got a diagnosis. Sweet Emmalen has a rare disorder called Congenital Tibial Psuedoarthrosis. As you can see in her X-Ray (below), Emmalen's tibia is broken, and her fibula has begun to bow.

After receiving the diagnosis we (again) saw doctor, after doctor, after doctor, only to find that there is no one in Egypt that can properly treat her. Our only option as a family is to do whatever it takes to get her the best medical care in the world to ensure she has the best chance at a healthy future. This is what we need to make that happen:
Firstly, Emmalen will require a specialist. The very best (and very few) specialists are in the United States. So, we will be moving back to Texas at the end of the year. We need to raise support for airline tickets to bring all 5 of us back to Texas.
Secondly, we expect a lot of medical expenses, but we know she is worth every penny. We need to raise support for Emmalen's medical care.
Emmalen needs treatment as soon as we can give it to her, so our time to raise funds is limited. Please consider giving in any way that you can so that we can provide the very best for our sweet little girl.
Thank you for hearing our story!
