Emma's Urgent Surgery & Breast Cancer Treatment

My beautiful friend and flatmate has just been diagnosed with Muconious Carcinoma and needs urgent surgery and radiation treatment.
The good news is that it's probable that she has caught this early, and that with urgent treatment, her prospects of being cancer-free and thriving in a few years are extremely high.
Emma is a single mum of a beautiful daughter, Tonali, and a much-loved member of the Northern Rivers NSW community. She is a massage therapist, cook, and has devoted her life to the care of others, our environment, and the ocean.
Like many of us, she has lost the majority of her income and awaiting
As you can imagine in the current situation it is paramount that she gets in early before our hospitals are inundated.
She has been offered elective surgery on Monday (6th April 2020) at John Flynn Private Hospital. The wait time for a public bed is unknown, even with the urgency. She has been given a quote of $11,000 for the surgery and is expecting at least another $5,000 for 5-week radiation treatment, and followed by hormone treatment for 5 years.
I know it is a lot to ask at this time. Anything you can spare would get her a step closer to.
