Emma Stowell
Donation protected
Walla Walla resident, Emma Stowell, was hit by a car while walking her dog in Walla Walla Thursday 1/5/2023. She was airlifted to Spokane for an extensive oral surgery and has several broken ribs. (Her dog ran off, was found, and after seeing the veterinarian, is home.) Emma is now home with her husband who plans on being off work to care for her. Emma's recovery will very likely be 6 months to a whole year, with several trips back and forth to Spokane for follow up care. If she does not heal properly, she will have to undergo another oral surgery, again with an extended recovery time.
Emma works as a CNA where her energy, music, (with a Lil dancing), smile and caring way-earns her respect from her peers as well as the residents she cares for.
With no work ( but hopefully a bit of income), she and her husband will need to supplement with donations from their friends and community. There is no doubt in my mind she would do the same for any one of us.
If you can give, please do. Every lil bit helps. Thank you so much. God bless you all!
