As most of you are aware my sister in law

Emma has stage 4 lung cancer,and as recently been told the chemo isnt working anymore,and to go home and make as many memories as possible with her partner and children,

Recently emma was taken in to hospital as she wasnt eating or drinking she had also lost weight and lost her voice,emma was also told the cancer had spread to her throat..emma also suffers from chest infections.after being back n fourth to the hospital,Emma isnt getting any better,as she was told the cancer had took over alot sooner than they thought ,she was sent home to make memories as she hasnt long left..

So am hoping to take a little bit of pressure of her family and help raise as much funds as possible .please share and help by donating what u can,and give emma the best send of she deserves when the time comes.
