HEY FRIENDS!!!! Thank you for taking a few minutes to read about what God has been doing in me!! After lots of prayer and conversation, I have decided to attend YWAM Kona in the fall of 2021!!
I went on my first missions' trip when I was about 9 years old to Uganda, Africa. That trip catapulted my love for missions and a heart for serving other people. More recently in 2019, I got to spend a week in the Dominican Republic playing kickball with little ones, leading Vacation Bible Schools, and getting to serve the people of the DR with the most amazing team!!
What I love about YWAM is it will allow me to love people the way Jesus does while furthering my education. Through dual enrollment I’ve already completed 2 years at Southeastern University. YWAM will give me hands on experience and Biblical training. Only God could orchestrate something this sweet and good, and with every ounce of faith within me I believe He will provide!! I have seen Him do it in the past, and am so certain He will do it again!!
For those who want to hear more about it: My time with YWAM will include 3 months of training at the University of the Nations and a 3–4-month outreach overseas. I won’t know which country I’ll be going to until I get there.
